Members of the 137th Special Operations Wing salute U.S. Air Force Col. Jason Davis, outgoing wing commander, and incoming wing commander Col. Shelby Dreyer during a change of command ceremony April 5, 2024, at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma City.
