137th SOW holds first change of command since historic mission change
Members of the 137th Special Operations Wing gather for a change of command ceremony at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base in Oklahoma City, Dec. 1, 2018. After 32 years of service in the Oklahoma Air National Guard, Col. Devin R. Wooden relinquished command of the 137th SOW to Col. Daniel R. Fowler. Fowler is the 17th commander of the Wing in its history and is the only the second wing commander since its conversion to a special operations wing in 2015.
