BRIGADIER GENERAL THOMAS W. RYAN

Brigadier General Thomas W. Ryan is Assistant Adjutant General, Oklahoma Air National Guard. He is the principle advisor to The Adjutant General for all Oklahoma Air National Guard matters. Brigadier General Ryan additionally is responsible for the combat readiness and operational effectiveness for all Oklahoma Air National Guard units. 

Ryan received his commission in 1986 through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps at the University of Virginia Tech. He has deployed in support of numerous operations including Desert Shield/Desert Storm, Hurricane Iniki, Restore Hope, Coronet Oak, Joint Forge, Enduring Freedom/Iraqi Freedom and Hurricane Katrina.
