Silver Flag tests 137th SOW civil engineers' readiness

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Nathan Soltysik, a 137th Special Operations Civil Engineer Squadron (SOCES) pavements and construction equipment specialist, Oklahoma National Guard, conducts crater repair operations during Silver Flag Sept. 19, 2022, Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla.
